Terms of Services
Welcome to DevDot.us. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with DevDot (“we,” “our,” “us”) — whether through our website, service inquiries, or formal agreements — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
DevDot is a digital marketing and growth agency specializing in performance marketing, social media management, creative production, and client acquisition systems. Specific services, deliverables, and timelines will always be outlined in separate proposals, contracts, or statements of work tailored for each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective delivery of services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, timely, and complete information relevant to the project.
- Supply access to necessary platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media accounts, analytics tools).
- Approve or provide content within agreed timelines.
- Respect agreed payment terms.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay results or impact campaign effectiveness.
4. Fees & Payments
- All fees are communicated in writing prior to engagement.
- Payments must be made according to the invoicing schedule specified in the contract or agreement.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.
- Service fees do not include ad spend, third-party subscriptions, or software costs unless explicitly stated.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of digital marketing and advertising, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Clients may cancel services with written notice as per the contract terms. Any work already completed or resources committed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
6. Results & Performance Disclaimer
While DevDot leverages proven strategies and expertise, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., revenue targets, lead volumes, or conversions). Marketing performance is influenced by external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform policies, client’s ads budget and willingness to abide by our strategy.
7. Intellectual Property
- All creative content, ad copy, designs, and strategies developed by DevDot remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
- Upon payment, clients are granted full rights to use deliverables created specifically for them.
- DevDot reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work as part of our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We respect and protect our clients’ confidential information. Any sensitive data shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to perform services or by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
DevDot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services within the three (3) months prior to the claim.
10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our services often rely on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). DevDot is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, or platform-side issues that may affect performance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations, or services. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
