Refund Policy

At DevDot.us, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and growth services tailored to each client’s specific business needs. Because of the nature of our work — which involves time, strategy, creative development, and third-party ad platform management — all payments made to DevDot are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

  • Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • This applies to retainers, service fees, project-based payments, consultation charges, and any other payments made to DevDot.

2. Advance Payments & Retainers

  • Advance payments or retainers are applied toward the agreed services and are not refundable, even if the client decides not to proceed or cancels mid-project.

3. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

  • Any ad spend or third-party platform charges (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn) are billed separately and remain the client’s responsibility. These costs are also non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

  • Clients may discontinue services at any time with written notice, as outlined in their service agreement. However, no refunds will be issued for work already performed, time reserved, or resources committed prior to cancellation.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication. If you have concerns about the services provided, please contact us immediately at support@devdot.us so we can work toward a resolution. However, this does not affect our strict no-refund policy.

By engaging with DevDot and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
